The 2011 Bonnaroo lineup has been released (old news) and it is really strong. It is hard to believe that Bonnaroo has been around for 10 years. And this year's lineup proves that this isn't your early 2000's jam festival anymore. This year's festival is slated for June 9-12 in steaming hot Manchester, TN (as always). The lineup includes:
Arcade Fire, The Strokes, The Black Keys, My Morning Jacket, Mumford & Sons, Lil Wayne, The Decemberists, Iron & Wine, Girl Talk, Explosions in the Sky, Beirut, Big Boi, Ratatat, Deerhunter, The Del McCoury Band and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band (perhaps with a special appearance by Jim James), The Walkmen, Sleigh Bells, Freelance Whales, Justin Townes Earle, Deer Tick, Smith Westerns, The Head and the Heart, Phosphorescent, and many more...
