The past few years have seen quite a revival in lo-fi music that recalls the 1960's - layered harmonies, fuzzed out guitars with lots of reverb, and hand claps (I defy you to find a bad song with hand claps). California's Hurt Valley continue in this same vein - they have released two excellent EPs that you can download here on their band camp page.
