Real Estate - Snow
The current temperature outside being 0 degrees, I could think of no better time to post this slow burning instrumental track from New Jersey's Real Estate. "Snow" is featured on the outstanding "Underwater Peoples Compilation," released earlier this Summer. Real Estate's new self titled release is one of my favorite new albums of the last few months of 2009 (more on that later). The lo-fi, beachy sound of Real Estate is a perfect fit for that Backyard Cookout playlist you'll be putting together when the temperature rises.
